Logic Model Technical Assistance for Systems of Care Project
The USF Logic Model Team within the Department of Child and Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute is available and willing to support your team and community in using the SOCPR-R by providing training and consultation. Our staff has conducted the SOCPR and provided training to local reviewers in a number of systems of care already. We have developed a protocol for training SOCPR reviewers and could provide this training in your community.
The USF Logic Model Team provides the following resources for theory of change and logic model development and use:
Articulating the community's idea for system change:
- Orientation to logic model development (website, telephone, monograph, videoconference)
- Videoconference presentations/workshops/group facilitation
- Site-based facilitation of logic model development (telephone, videoconference, on-site)
- Graphic support for portraying a logic model (Powerpoint or other)
- Graphic support for presentations to community stakeholders
- Peer-to-peer mentoring
Using the logic model in planning, implementation, evaluation, and CQI:
- Facilitation for linking concept mapping results to logic model development
- Facilitation for linking needs assessment/community assets to logic model
- Facilitation for linking strategic planning and logic model
- Facilitation for linking evaluation to logic model
- Facilitation for development of logic model components for cultural competence, family involvement, youth involvement, and sustainability
- Peer-to-peer mentoring
