Step 1: Install Adobe Presenter

• Please insert the Adobe Presenter CD into the optical drive of your computer.
• Find the file labled Presenter_WWE.exe and double click on it.
• Follow the instructions on screen.

Step 2: Watch this series of training videos

• Part I - Plugging in and checking volume
• Part II - Checking sound level and recording a presentation
• Part III - Checking over and publishing a presentation
• Part IV - Locating the published file

Step 3: Get started recording your presentation

• Plug in your headset with built-in microphone.
• Open your Power Point file.
• Make your recording space quiet. (EG: close the door to your office, turn off the phone, turn off email.)

Step 4: Email your published file
