The USF Logic Model team brings expertise from those who have worked with communities across the nation to develop their theories of change and develop logic models. Adding to this capacity, members of the Department of Child and Family Studies ensure this site's content is accessible, using the most current information and technologies.
Mario is Professor and Chair of the Department of Child & Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, College of Behavioral & Community Sciences, University of South Florida. He has over 20 years of experience working with systems of care to facilitate planning, evaluation, and implementation. He initiated approaches to system of care development that include the use of theories of change and logic models for community planning, and the use of the System of Care Practice Review (SOCPR) for quality monitoring.
Sharon is a Research Associate Professor and Division Director in the Department of Child and Family Studies, College of Behavioral & Community Sciences, University of South Florida. Sharon’s work is focused on theories of change and the use of logic models as a strategy for system development. She frequently facilitates stakeholder development of theories of change for their organizations and communities. Her expertise includes developing strategies for systems change and technical assistance on system accountability as well as on how organizational culture affects quality improvement and the use of outcome information. Sharon has worked with CMHI communities since 1999
Sandra is an Assistant Director in the Department of Child & Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, College of Behavioral & Community Sciences, University of South Florida.. As supervisor of the CFS Communications Unit, Sandra is responsible for the coordination of the department’s knowledge dissemination activities. Her duties include the oversight and direction of the Communications Unit staff as well as project management, administration, event planning, and marketing. Sandra also serves as the USF Project Coordinator for the National Evaluation. Her responsibilities include project management, direction, and coordination of activities relating to the National Evaluation project through the Macro grant. Sandra, a graduate of the University of South Florida, has been employed with the University for over five years and brings her strong background in project management, planning, and organization to the department.
Victor is a Communications and Marketing Officer in the Department of Child & Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, College of Behavioral & Community Sciences, University of South Florida. provides technical assistance and graphic support for the Logic Model Project. He works directly with sites to portray their ideas in a logic model and develops PowerPoint presentations for them to use with stakeholder audiences. Mr. Trinidad is also responsible for desktop publishing and website development for the Division of Training, Research, Education, and Demonstration in the Department of Child & Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, University of South Florida.
