The USF Logic Model Team is available to provide technical assistance for the theory of change and logic model development for funded system of care communities and other communities in need of mapping out system change. Sandra Dwinell, Project Coordinator for the USF Logic Model Team, highlights resources available to communities and how to access them, as well as technical assistance that can be provided.
Sandra Dwinell is an Assistant Director in the USF Department of Child and Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute in the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences. As supervisor of the CFS Communications Unit, Sandra is responsible for the coordination of the department’s knowledge dissemination activities. Her duties include the oversight and direction of the Communications Unit staff as well as project management, administration, event planning, and marketing. Sandra also serves as the USF Project Coordinator for the National Evaluation. Her responsibilities include project management, direction, and coordination of activities relating to the National Evaluation project through the Macro grant. Sandra, a graduate of the University of South Florida, has been employed with the University for over five years and brings her strong background in project management, planning, and organization to the department.
